How the DCF Error Decoder Works
The UDISE+ and SDMS database portals validate school directories, teacher matrices, and student Aadhaar records in real-time. Type or paste your error message in the console above, and the decoder checks it against five core error categories:
🔵 Validation Errors
Invalid formats, out-of-range DOBs, or mismatched service criteria in teacher profiles.
🟡 Duplicate Records
Student already registered in another district or school, or Aadhaar already seeded.
🟣 DCF Format Errors
Excel sheet template structure issues, missing mandatory fields, or facilities mismatch.
