What is SDMS Login?

SDMS (Student Database Management System) is the student data portal of UDISE+. Schools log in to SDMS to enter student enrollment data, generate APAAR IDs, and manage student records every year.

Each state in India provides its own login link for SDMS. The URL contains a state-id number. When you use your state's direct link, you save time and do not need to select the state from a dropdown every time.

How to Use State-Wise SDMS Links

1. Find your state's SDMS link from the tables below
2. Click on the link or type it in your browser
3. Your browser opens the SDMS login page for your state
4. Enter your school's 11-digit UDISE Code as username
5. Enter your password
6. Enter the captcha code and click Login

What to Do After Login

Once you log in to SDMS, you must perform these main tasks for 2026-27:

• Promote existing students: Move students from Class X to Class X+1 using previous year's data
• Add new Class 1 students: Enter fresh admissions with Aadhaar and generate the APAAR ID
• Update student details: Correct any incorrect name, DOB, or Aadhaar details
• Fill Student Facilities (SF): Update mid-day meal, books, and scholarship details
• Mark dropouts: You must mark students who left school as "Dropout" with a date
• Submit and certify: After you complete all data, submit it so that the Block MIS Coordinator can verify it
